Single Crochet Bind Off vs Basic Knit
 

My pattern specifically says to BO using Single Crochet Bind Off method. I just went and watched Amy's video and I can't tell how it is any different from the Basic Knit Bind Off that I normally do. :?? I realize that the crochet hook makes it different, but what the yarn is actually doing looks the same to me. Am I missing something? Is there a reason I can't just do the Basic Knit BO instead?

*can you tell that I don't have a crochet hook anywhere near the right size and I don't want to wait to finish this:teehee:

You might try the regular BO with a larger needle, if the pattern needs a looser edge.
