Finally something for ME! bulky cardigan

This is something for me! :woot: It's made with Caron Simply Soft bulky and a fun fur edge, using (my favorite) Knitting Pure and Simple pattern. Toby gave his approval as well!

Very pretty! I love the fun fur. Looks like you may have to share with kitty.

Good for you, making something for yourself! I love Caron SS -- it's so soft, I crocheted baby blankets with it back in my crochet days. The black is a nice rich color, and you did a great job. Are there pics of you wearing it?

I too love Caron SS, one of my favorite acrylics to work with.
Kitties seem to like it too!:roflhard:

Hmm maybe I'll have a co-worker take a picture....heheheh my Hubby takes bad pictures!!

I have to admit that I am a yarn snob but I did enjoy working with this yarn.

I needed a big and fast pattern, currently on my needles; a cardigan for my MIL using size 6, then a shrug for me on size 5.

Oh and then the endless sock knitting haha...
Thanks for your comments!!!

pretty!

I wish I could wear bulky knits. I am too bulky myself, so when I wear them I look like a bowling ball in a bowling ball cozy

Gotta love Caron SS

Nice. I was wondering for a second if you had accidentally knit the cat to it.

Duckling326 10-01-2007 09:31 PM

Hey now I'm not so petite my chest is 42 inches hahaha. This cardigan is like wearing a blankie!

Ahh nope sorry Knitting Guy, Toby wasn't knit into the work haha
