Looking for this pattern....

The following pictures are of a baby outfit a friend of mine owns that her grandmother made for one of her children. She is looking for this pattern so that she can make it for her children's children when they come along. All the children, though adults, love this sweater and each would like one for their child(ren). If anyone recognizes this pattern, please contact me with the name, company name and perhaps the pattern, if possible. Thanks so much!

#1 picture is the front of the sweater and #2 is the back.

Can she find out approximately which year she made it? Even a decade would be helpful. . .

Hi, In looking at the post regarding "skull cap" I came across this site http://vintagestitchorama.blogspot.c...ill-be-in.html Maybe it will help you:cheering:

I am sure I have seen this but I don't have it. I will ask my friend who has lots of old baby patterns.

baby sweater pattern

I did a search on Ebay Canada for baby knitting patterns, and there are a surprising number of vintage pattern books on there. What I would do, is e-mail some of the sellers, and see if they recognize the sweater. If you have no luck, just a quick browse through the pattern books offered for sale revealed a lot of really cute baby items. Hope this helps.
