Toddler/young child girly slippers?
 

I'd like to find a pattern for some cute, girly slippers for my girls - so something for an 8-11 shoe size, not babies. I'm thinking felted might be good and sturdy - will it be scratchy though? They won't wear them if they're not comfy.... Any ideas? I've come across some mary jane patterns but they're all for babies.
