Interchangeable circular needle sets

I need to replace my interchangeable needle set that I have had for years. It is one by Susan Bates. I like it very much because it has such a wide variety of needle sizes and stringers BUT the stringers keep falling our of the connectors, and have been doing this since soon after I got it. It's a real pain when I don't discover it until there are many stitches hanging between the needle and the stringer! Any suggestions for a really good set with a good variety of sizes?

There's several - people like them for different reasons. Boye, Addi, Denise, Knit picks has 2 - metal and wood.

I have the Denise Interchangables. I find them to be great because they are not too slippery, they are resin so the needles don't slide off when you are trying to do that first stitch on the row or turning the row, etc. The cables lock into the needles so there is no falling out. They are guaranteed for life! The best part is that you can purchase them right here in the KH store and that helps support this site. Best of luck to you!

There is a sticky thread at the top of the page about interchangeables. It probably has all the information you need.

Also, I forgot to mention that the needle tips do not screw into the socket with the Denise, you put them into the socket and then give a 1/4 turn and they lock into place. That for me is a BIG advantage.
