I read it and quite enjoyed it. I believe a movie is being made of it.

It's checked out at my library and I'm next in line to get it. Oh, no, you cried at the end? I thought someone told me it was a suspense novel. Maybe I got it mixed up with those "Friday Night Murder Club" books... :roflhard:

I read it when it first came out. I loved it and I cried at the end too... it really suprised me.

The adapted movie is expected to be released 6 June 2008.

I read this book and The Knitting Circle. They were both good for pulpy entertainment, I finished each one in less than a day.

Of the two I preferred The Knitting Circle, but I really didn't care for either book for a bunch of reasons. The website is cute though and the recipe for the muffins sounds yummy!

I saw this book at Target, but I didn't pick it up.

Was that audiobook unabridged? It might be worth checking out in that format....
