Converting adult size socks to toddler size?

Hello all, this is my first post. I want to knit some socks for my daughter and I thought I found the perfect pattern (Tiny Tulips Sock Pattern from cherryflip) but they are adult size and I need a toddler size. The socks have small tulips running vertically up the ankle and a picot edge. Here is the link to the pattern:

Can anyone help? TIA

Uh, it's a little difficult. The main thing seems to be the pattern for the cuff. What about finding a basic sock pattern for toddlers that has the same number/multiple of the tulip-pattern stitches to allow you to do the tiny-tulips pattern - and use that? From the heel on down, should be pretty basic.

And I don't see what size needles are called for in your adult-sized sock pattern. But even so, adapting this one on down to tiny-toddler-tulips would be kind of like, uh, rugged.

Hope this helps,
Dot

Hmm.... that's a good idea. I'll give that a try, thank you!
