Does Knitty follow the solstice/equinox calendar for publication?

I am trying to guess when they will have the spring knitty up. It's so hard to wait for the change! I  Knitty

Here is a quote from their FAQ.
We publish four times a year. September, December, March, June -- as close to the beginning of the month as possible.

I am also a Knitty fan! Can't wait for this months publication!:inlove:

I've found that usually the new Knitty's come out between the 10-15th or second week of the month. There was a rumor going around that the number 11 may be something to keep in mind though...

Okay, what is Knitty? Is it a mag or something on the internet.
