Sewing in the extra yarn?
 

So, I FINALLY got one of my armwarmers off the needle. (Only been there since January ...) I want to sew this up as quickly as possible so could someone give me some tips on how to sew the excess yarn into the piece so I don't end with it unraveling later on?
