We're making a small change on our new blankets for 2009.

Now, instead of each knitter knitting for 4 inches on the snuggles, we will each knit for 5 inches. The project goes very quickly, since we're using double stranded yarn. And I think that two regular skeins of cotton worsted will work perfectly for that amount of knitting.

So, now we will have 5 knitters on each new snuggle, and we will each knit for 5 inches. This will make the snuggle measure 24 x 25, which should still work fine for the Snuggles project guidelines. Just be sure to ONLY knit for 5 inches...no more.

This guideline goes into effect for "His Majesty", "Sweet Princess", "Her Highness", "My Prince", and any other snuggles started from now on.

(Our earlier snuggles started in 2008 will still have the original 4 inch guideline.)
