Lining a beanie
 
I need to line my son's cable knit beanie. And, I have no idea where to start! Any ideas???

This should get you started. TechKnitter just recently did a bit about lining hats.

I should have added that if the full lining looks daunting, she also has a post about just doing a band around the bottom to prevent forehead itchiness.
