HI, I just the group today...Is there anyone knitting in Northeat Missouri...I am about 30 west of Hannibal, Missouri.
Would love to get together is one or more knitters...

I am not from Missouri, but just wanted to say hello anyways. I am also new to this forum and it took awhile for me to hear from NC knitters. It is a fun site and I have been reading and receiving alot of good info.

Thanks for answering my post....I just finished my first sock on double point needles....I learned alot on this one...and hope the second one is easier...not that this one was hard, just made some mistakes.....:knitting:

I sooo would love to know ppl in my area knit.
 

I'm about 90 miles south of St. Louis. I've met a ton of people who crochet but no knitters. I'm about to the point that I'm going to start posting in the personals...

Beginning knitter seaking out more expirenced knitter to share laughs over mistakes, patterns, and tips on holding those darn DPNS.

Another St. Louisan here. I live in the city but I'm also often in all parts of the county. I'm a new knitter... and also a slow one. :)

i, too, am a relatively new knitter. have only been successful with knitting scarves, but have made quite a few. i live in st. louis county in afton. i would love to meet local knitters to be able to learn how to read a pattern and how to make something new!:)
