crocheted baby sweater

Here is my first crocheted baby sweater. I am not sure if this is the place to post it, so please move it if needed. I used a Bernat baby sport weight. This is Crocheted Baby Sweater from Bundles of Love. Give me an honest criticism of it. Do you think it needs blocking?

It's very cute. Because of the angle, the left arm looks a mite bigger than the right, but if it were bigger, no one would ever know once the child has it on.

I think the general feeling around here is that anything made of wool needs to be blocked, acrylics don't.

Congratulations on a very sweet sweater!

sweater

I think the sweater is lovely!:woohoo: I also think the reason one arm looks bigger is that the opening on one sleeve is gathered in and the other isn't and that will pull the sleeve in and make it look smaller than it really is.
