Ok I keep seeing this term used with yarn and spinning - "BFL"

Can someone please enlighten me? What does this stand for in relation to yarn/spinning ? Is it a type of roving? Does it stand for a certain fiber content? Please help!

Thanks :) I tried using the search but nothing came up. I clicked to expand the search to all forums but it still said nothing, unless I'm doing it wrong :\ Ty again

~raises hand~ I know, I know!!

Blue Faced Leicester which is a different kind of sheep. Funny you should ask. I have some friends who are spinner/knitters and I had no idea what they were talking about either.

I made up a few ideas, but they burst my bubble by telling me the truth. :roflhard:

The one that had me puzzled for a long time was CVM -- it's California Variegated Mutant, a very nice, easy to spin wool (so is BFL).
