Help needed please in identifying this pattern
 

Hi everyone I'm hoping you are able to help me identify this pattern or know where I can look for it. I would like to make this cardigan as I think it is adorable and would look lovely on my daughters friends twin girls Olivia and Victoria who recently turned 1.

I don't know that specific one, but there are a lot of cute cabled patterns. Do you only want free or can you pay for a pattern?
