Wool mixed with Stainless Steel?

Can't imagine what I'd use this for, but there must be a call for it. I've never thought to knit jewelry (as it suggests).

I've heard of bracelets knitted out of very thin copper wire. But the wool/steel is new to me.

Sea Tangles is knit with a yarn like that (http://www.knitty.com/ISSUEsummer08/PATTseatangles.html). It's on my list to knit, although I'm using cotton thread and not the metal stuff because I have allergies to metal. Steel is less of a problem, but seems to suck moisture from my skin.

Wow, a sweater. Looks really airy in the photo. Would never guess it was made with steel blend yarn.

I wonder what that stuff feels like. It sounds really scratchy!

That sweater is beautiful, but I'd rip it in a second.
