Reducing the pattern for smaller size

Used #6 needles and Berroco Comfort DK. Worked pattern with all stitches and as you can see, the size was not reduced. Will now try to reduce the number of stitches and see if it will come up small...

Quite honestly, I've tried to reduce the size and the conclusion I've come to, it's better suited for a sweater! I'm still comtemplating that one. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks! Don't know why I didn't think of that, or maybe I thought I had already. There are lots of patterns for wristlets, gloves and every form of hat. Won't run out of ideas!
