I thread the lifeline onto a sewing needle and pass it thro the stiches - I have seena video on line of someone knitting the life line in but I don`t recall where or how it was done

once you are done casting on and binding off for each Picot you should be left with whatever number of stiches they tell you to cast on ( 125 for the smallest size )

well I knitted my first pair over the weekend - thin yarn - took about 6 - 7 hours I guess.

I just started a worsted weight pair - I suspect they are going to take about half the time even though...
