I use the HiyaHiya 9" circulars and I love them. I have no problem holding them or having hand cramps. I knit socks a lot faster with them too. I've never tried two circulars. But I don't like DPNs....

The pattern as established is what you have just knitted: rows 1-11.I believe the 2 corner stitches means to continue slipping the 2 stitches in the pattern that I have bolded.
