This is the knit-in lace. Couldn't find in North America. Had to get it on line from Ireland. You just knit through the hole with the lace behind the needle. Video available on u tube.

On row 1 of pattern says work through the center point between holes in lace at each end.

Row 3 of the tutu, reads k16 tlpy. After you do the turn do you complete the row
