I haven't used some of those yarns but I really like Plymouth Suri merino. It is so soft and nice to knit. I don't like Encore because it seems too flimsy to me.

Yes, you pull it out of the machine, open the lingerie bag you have felted it in, look at it and if it is felted enough, take it out. If it is not felted enough, put it back in and run the machine...

I just read a write-up (Interweave Knits, Spring 2009) on Addi interchangeables. I haven't seen or tried them. Bet they are good and expensive!!

I love my Denise needles and have had no problems...

I love my Denise needles and have had no problems with the connectors. The only problem I've had is that I always have multiple projects going and sometimes wish I had a second set of Denise needles.
