Thanks so much after looking at it carefully i realized. that i was not putting the yo's on the end of the needle but rather the beginning of the next and the yo's between needles werent done right

pattern error or am i missing something?

i am making a set of cabled mittens, it calls for a kfb stitch, k1, kfb. so there should be 5 stitches, but the pattern says that there should be four?

so as far as i can tell the instructions to replace markers on row 1. is just a reminder that the markers need to be back on the needles and not to forgot to put them as where indicated. am i right?
