You can dye it, but you would need the dyes you'd use for t-shirts. Rainbow Rock, RIT (yuck) or Dylon should all work for Cotton Ease, though. Or you could get prof. dyes, like from Dharma. But...

I really like the look of the sampler on the basic techniques page. It allows one to learn all sorts of different kinds of increases and decreases....
