Meaning basically that you will have a nice slow to average spinning speed. It is not a fast wheel. You won't be spinning...

You can always use quilt batting instead of foam too. And, if you cant find plexiglass at Michaels, you can always go to Lowe's or Home Depot. They can even cut it to size for you.

A piece of thin foam, then a piece of heavy duty acrylic plastic.....like plexiglass...then another piece of foam on top of that. Wrap the whole thing...
