Unhappy Frustrated

I pulled a muscle in my left hand/wrist and am unable to knit for a few weeks.

I can't pinch or use any form of pressure with my index and middle fingers.

What am I going to do????

Making socks without a pattern

So being the go getter that I am, I decided to work my first sock without a pattern because they all seemed to small. Well now I am stuck on how to turn the heel, I am not sure how many rows to use...
