Stockinette curls due to the nature of the stitch. You can try doing a garter stitch or seed stitch...

6 hours maybe. Most of that is Tuesday and Friday knitting groups I go to. I often go days without knitting at home unless I have a time sensitive project.

I like the look and feel of fingering, but the thought of making a whole sweater with it is daunting! Mostly I guess I'd say I use DK or worsted. Just finished a fingering weight scarf though.

If it's a cardigan and you knit in the round...

If it's a cardigan and you knit in the round you'll have to steek it to have it open at the front. If you are just using circulars to knit flat then you don't change anything.
