Seeing the extra p1 in row 10 I'd agree, looks like it got left out of the other cable row which happens, this is why I love to have chart and pattern for things I'm working on just to double check...

They've already let you know about the yarn over but wanted to let you know there is a way to fix stitches without pulling everything out. I don't have any sites off hand but you can use a crochet...

Update

It took me till nearly 11 PM but I finished that sock yesterday. I'm going to try to find the charger for my camera and take a real picture but I'm thrilled at how it came out, now if the second one...
