If you are referring to the Knitter's Pride interchangeables that are on the Webs site, yes Knit Picks and Knitter's Pride tips work on the same cables.

Either Knit Picks or Knitter's Pride (cables are interchangeable). Harmony or nickel plated is personal preference. The "try-it" set is a good choice.
