I'm in! I have 100+ pounds to lose, a treadmill, and 6 totes of yarn. My goal is to lose 1-2 pounds per week, excercise at least 45 minutes 5 times per week, and have at least 4 of those totes empty by next December. This will be so helpful to have the support of the KAL.
