i would like to join. Thursday weigh-ins work for me. I have 3 projects going now and alot of others planned. Setting 10% goals is a doable way of losing weight. You may have 50 lbs to lose but if you set 10% goals it doesn't seem as intimidating. I think one could walk a tredmill and knit a simple project. Also a stationary bike would work. and i have seen the idea of knitting with wrist weights which sounds like a great suggestion. Could be hard to knit 30 min a day and exercise 30 min a day as I still have to work, care for family etc. But I will remember too that a smaller person can wear a smaller size and that is very helpful in knitting garments!!
