Try finding the manufacturer of the yarn - their site will often list shops that carry it.
Also try
www.yarndex.com. You can find other yarns with the same guage that may be easier for you to find.
My last thought - if you're making baby blocks, size really isn't a major factor. What will it matter if the pattern makes a 2" block. You can use different yarn and make a 2.5" block. Or whatever, so long as it isn't too small.
