2 cups diced seeded tomatos
1/2 cup diced white onion
2 TBLS chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 TBLS fresh lime juice
1 TBLS olive oil
1 tsp minced jalepeno pepper
Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before refridgerating.
