If you're going to be all anal you may as well get the Knit Picks Options set.
That way you'll have the needles sizes and the different cables.

Getting anal with fixed circulars could get expensive because you know you'll have to get the other cable sizes eventually.

I got mostly anal with Boye straights then got the Options and only use the straights as stitch holders.
So far what is included with the Options has kept me satisfied for needle sizes (but I'm having to throw in extra cables to fill out orders).
I know about the OCD, I'm fighting off buying the small DPN kit that I would have no use for but "need".
