I have tried baby powder and it doesn't help. My dr. prescribed Drysol a while ago, a prescription strength antiperspirant and that didn't help either. I have it so bad that often there is sweat actually dripping off my hands and I have to carry paper towels with me to absorb the sweat :( Really embarrassing when I have to shake hands with people!
