I have two questions:

I have about half of two skeins left (147 yards/full skein) and still have the hood and edges to do. Should I order more yarn?
The last row before BO on my sleeves should be the cable ros. Should I cable or skip it?

ETA: I found another 3/4 skein! YAY!
I skipped the cable. I hope that was the right thing to do. I can always re-do the BO if it's not.

Now I have another question:
On the hood, after the pickup row, it says
"Work charted sts in patt, pm, purl to next cabled section, pm, work in patt.
Note: you can cont the cable onto the hood or cease work cable patt until hood measures X from shoulder."
Is it talking about the BACK cable or the side cables or what?
