Oh my, what wonderful work you have done, all those who posted their blankeys. I am envious. I just began a lap blanket but am not liking it. Is it too late to join this KAL?

I went to a monastery last Saturday for their open meditation and talk. It was held in a barn, with a small stove glowing, but not nearly warm enough. Luckily, I had brought a shawl for my legs, but others were freezing (it was -23 outside, I'm in Canada).

So I thought it would be nice to knit up a bunch of lap blankets with my stash yarns, to share with others. I would love to try the log cabin, it's my favorite quilt pattern.

This is my entire sayelle yarn stash. Do you think I have enough? There are more colors than needed. I can always buy more.....

Artlady: how did you do rows 9,10? then 11,12? It looks like you changed color halfway through?.....
