Artlady- I love your blanket. After seeing the mitered edge, I'm definitely going to do that on mine too. I'll probably get done about this time next year!! I've just had no time to knit with my kids taking turns being sick.

Also, I won't have enough yarn to make a full size blanket, so I'm trying to decide if I'm going to get more yarn to finish it or make it smaller. I really want to give it to my mom though and I don't think a small blanket would really work for her. I guess I'll end up getting more yarn. Defeats the purpose of a stash blanket I know, but at least it's cheap and readily available (Caron Simply Soft).
