I have been knitting for a little over 3 years now, and am ready to branch out to something other than dishcloths and scarves. I am wanting to learn to knit socks. I have sock yarn, and 2 sets of DPNs and 2 Circulars needles in the smallish size called for in the patterns I have. The trouble is, they are all intermediate patterns. I do want one with a heel. I tried to make them last year and it just didn't work out. I have no idea what I did wrong. =) Thank you for your input.
