The way you hold the yarn is very similar and the fact that you have read the chart will help you too.

I FINALLY got the cast on done, it took most the day (well most of the day that I could knit, the kids seem to think I should stop knitting to fix them something to eat ), I just couldn't get the provisional cast on. I've done the crochet one, but I wanted it to be easy later and be on a cable needle already. And I finally got it!

I've just started the color work part, so far it's easy, just doing the side panel.
