I'd like to make a knitting diagram (you know the kind that shows the measurements, etc for a finished piece) and was told by a friend that she thought there were some "how to" instructions in a knitty.com article. I guess I'm not using the right search terms though.

Does anyone know of an "instructional" thing for how to do this?
