You're welcome! I find Encore sorta borderline. It does itch a little and I'm not completely sure I could wear a sweater with it. Without trying the LP I'm just not sure. My first inclination is to say that it might be a problem. It's not super soft on the skein to me, but I've learned that I'm extra sensitive.

I've almost given up finding a wool yarn that isn't a problem for me so I'm making a sweater now out of James C. Brett Marble Chunky which is 100% acrylic. It's very soft and the colors are pretty.

I wish I could be more help, but the problem is everyone is different with regards to their sensitivity so the only way to tell for sure is to get some and try it for yourself.
