It's beautiful! I love the blue and white, what pretty colours. I'm loving seeing this bag in all different colours around here! I think the handles look fine where they are, too

There's no official pattern. It was designed by Ishi on Ravelry. It's just 22 garter stitch striped squares (for example, I did mine 17 sts x 34 rows (incl cast on and bind off) which = 17 stripes). The trick is in how the squares are seamed together to form the bag. You can see the photo of how/where to put the squares together on Ishi's Project Page at Ravelry.
