I'm disabled but can still knit most days although I have to use bamboo needles now cos the metal ones make my hands too sore.

I am a newcomer as well I have been knitting for many years off and on and love to do it. It was interesting to hear that the bamboo needles are better for your hands 'cause I have been having a problem with my hands and am panicking that I won't be able to keep knitting!
