A suggestion regarding the cable:

If you make the instructions for the C4F to be:

sl 4 st t cn, hold to front, yo, s1k2p,yo; sl left st from cn to left needle, p1, yo, sl3 from cn to left, s1k2p, yo

then you can realign rows 7 and 20

your description in the pdf uses 7 stitches but only makes 5.

I'm assuming it should match the row below and above only with the cross.
