Hope so, too...and no giant hairy spiders, please. In any case, I'll be in a house with three males, three dogs and a cat...always be someone around to catch/destroy etc. Phew.
It'll be awesome to have you as a near-neighbour...I hardly know anyone down there, be kinda lonely.
