After you k 75, wrap and turn to do row 2 which is 41 sts, then wrap and turn for row 3, where you end 5 sts before the w&t on R 1. Wrap and turn again, purl R 4, ending 5 sts before the w&t on row 2. Wrap and turn knitting R 5, ending 5 sts before the w&t on row 3. And so on.

Your short rows are getting shorter by 5 sts each row until R 11. Knit to the very end of the row, knitting the wrapped sts together with the st they're wrapped around. Turn and for R 12 purl the very end, purling the wrapped sts tog with the st they're wrapped around.
