You can tell which inc to use by the number of sts you start and end with. This starts with 82, subtract that from 122 which means you inc 40 sts. Since you're supposed to k1, inc all the way around, if you do k1 kfb it works, if you do k1, m1 you'd be doubling the sts and get about 160. You could do k2, m1 and that would come out.
