Hi,

Thanks for responding to my thread. I am knitting a swing coat. It is knit in one piece from the top down and has only one button just below the neck edge. I was going to make the smallest size so I was hoping I could use the size 11 needles and just follow the directions for the next biggest size. I am just not sure how much bigger I need to go......As for knowing what I am doing - I would give myself a C+, maybe a B-. I have made about a hand full of sweaters for adults and children and some hats. Of course, tons of scarves

I tend to stick with "easy" patterns and bulky knits because I like projects that work up fast. Thanks again for the help.
