I don't know of any video, but all you have to do is look at your stitches after picking them up. It's not uncommon after picking them up for them to be twisted.

You can see by looking at them that there is a leg in front of the needle and a leg in back. The front leg should be further right than the back leg. To correct it you knit into the back of the stitch.
