I need help to interpret knitting pattern with brackets for side shaping.
The pattern reads:Work in established pat and at the same time, shape sides by dec 1 st before and after each pat panel {every 14th rnd) 0 times, {every 16th rnd} 1 time, {every 18th rnd} 2 times.

I understand the 0 times, 1 time, and 2 times. What I don't get is exactly when to do these decreases. Do I do 0 on 14th rnd, 1 on 16th rnd one on 18 rnd of 1st 18 rnds, then do another 18 rnds for the final dec.
